Files Already On System (but Are Not!)

Hi, I am running win xp sp2, and I am trying to load a software Elsawin 3.3. I have loaded the setup disc with no problems but when loading the info discs about 1/3 into the loadup it comes up with message "cannot create a file that already exists" (abort, retry, ignore) I have tried retry but still message appears, when you press ignore then it loads some files and again message appears. This goes on & on & on! I have tried looking for the files it says already exists on my system but they do not seem to be there.
Any body got any ideas
