Resolved File stuck in outbox

    I have Microsoft outlook 2003. The other day I sent - entirely by accident, a large file, 24mg and this message is stuck in the outbox. I have tried in vail to delete the file, but it always tells me "message partly sent" I phoned BT and talked to a charming lady in India - she was also unable to help.
    Any helpful ideas please?

    I've been here before too.... I unplug my network cable... Wait for Outlook to give me a connection error... Then I can drag the file out of the outbox.
