    Hi,

I received an e-mail message in OE6 & when I try to print it, the right side of the e-mail does not print.

Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

    Thanks

One way that might work is to print using "Landscape" instead of "Portrait ".

Another way would be to use your printer's "scale/shrink to fit" type option, if available.

    Hello,

Not sure what format you are using: HTML or rich text in IE... I found this as a first swing: Launch Internet Exporter, go to File => Page Setup => Margins and set Left / Right / Top / Bottom back to 0.75 if using inches or the equivalent in centimeters if using metric. You can also try switching between HTML and rich text and see if you still have the problem if you haven't tried that already.

You can also take a look at these and see they can offer some ideas for you...

Another workaround if this issue affects only a single email may be to save as text and print the text file over which you should have more control over margins, formatting (wordwrap), etc.

    Hi 14U2Day,

I went back to IE7 from IE8 as described in the first link that you listed and this solved my problem as explained in this link/article.

    Thanks for your help.

You would think Microsoft would offer a correction to this problem in IE8.

    Hello jslow,

You are so welcome, I'm glad you resolved your issue... Microsoft may have corrected this problem but they are not good in telling you where to look these little quirks!
