    Resoration of my fils (from CD) after hard drive crush created a lot of double files.

    Hi Ronald, we need some more info on this one ...
    What is on the CD ? How did you restore the files from the CD ?
    Are the duplicated files spread across your hard drive or all together in separate folders ? Are the files of one type or many types (data and or programs) ?
    When you had the hard disk crash, what did you do ?
    What were the symptoms of the hard disk crash ?
