I am not familiar with the registry but i used "Regedit" and found a key by the maker of the software PepiMK ". I am not sure whether to delete it as i still have another product by them installed (Netalyzer). Any other advice?

    Go here ....

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_c.htm and scroll down to Context Menu ....
Before deleting any entry in the registry export the string as noted above.
