    Hi; Now I do not get those error, but when I am in inbox setup wizard and after I put my name and my telephone number , I have a window to select my modem, I select it and it gets me an error;
" The following unrecoverable error has ocurred; INTERNAL MAPI ERROR: default services could not be created. contact your administrator, so I closed this window and there is another window that said; "No profile have been created to create a new profile use the mail anf fax icon in control panel.
In the control panel I have already a profile.
What should I do to fix the first error?.
    Thank you

A quote from this page. It has a list of troubleshooting steps. This one seems to be of a little help.

You receive the following error message:

The following unrecoverable error has occurred: Internal MAPI error: The information service cannot be added to the profile using the Inbox Setup Wizard. Contact your administrator.

The Fax command is not available on the Accessories menu.
You may have either a modem, modem configuration, modem connection, fax service, or profile problem. In order to correct this problem, repeat step 1 in this section, remove and reinstall Microsoft Fax, add Microsoft Fax to your profile, or reinstall Microsoft Windows 95 with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Fax selected.

    fax in win 98se

from what I understand I will have to install first the fax and then the outlook .
    QUOTE:
    SUMMARY
In order to have Fax Services installed and working with the Microsoft Exchange or Outlook Windows 95 client, you must first install the Exchange and Fax Service that ships with Windows 95 and then install the Microsoft Exchange or Outlook Windows 95 client over the top of it. The Microsoft Network Online Service (MSN) also needs to be installed and working with the Windows 95 Inbox client or Windows Messaging client prior to upgrading to the Microsoft Exchange or Outlook Windows 95 client.
From what I have been reading I can't install it with outlook express, it has to be outlook that comes with win 95 or microsoft exchange.
I have Outlook express that comes with internet explorer, so is not good.
I will check in my microsoft office 2000 for outlook and install it and then I will be able to install the fax program.
Anyway, thank you for your help.
If I have more problems I will post back.

You can install the Fax without Outlook, it is that you need to install Fax first.
