fax attachments

I just purchase a new computer with windows xp on it and cannot figure out how to put an attachment on a fax. The fax console comes up asks who are you sending a fax to, next screen asks for subject and notes, next screen is to send fax. No where does it say anything about attachments. Please Help. I was told when purchasing it would not be a problem, what did I expect from a sales person.

Windows XP Fax supports the faxing of attachments ~ just not through the Send Fax Wizard. If you fax through Outlook, you can send attachments.
