When I click on favorites on the ring menu I only get the most recently visited url's. How can I disable this feature and see all url's.

" "on the ring menu" "

Dont forget to also always include your version of windows
and IE for that matter. I know I know I could search for this informatin here at windows BBS but dont make me please ...

I think what you want to do is tools IE options advanced and uncheck personalized favorites.
But the use of the word ring has me baffeled :)

Sorry, I am an old Informix/Unix programmer, and the top menu is most window's windows were called ring menu such as: File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help. We had window's in UNIX before Microsoft did. I'll try that suggestion.

    1 minute later
    It worked, Thanks!

I grew up with UNIX. Then DOS came along. I could not believe how small the OS was for early DOS. UNIX was so big but had such powerful utilities. UNIX didn't have any bulliten's build in like DOS.

    I should have added
whether personalized favorites is used or not don't let to many build up in the main folder nor the subs > or wacky things may happen.
Windows is mysterious, unpredictable sometimes= if it wasn't I don't think it would interest me(strange)
DOS== whats that,, ive a win me system ,, no realy im defiantly not experianced dos user,, though I did have win 3.1 then 3.x for workgroups for a short time. But even that is nothing compaired to true dos correct.?

My first terminal was a Teletype Typewriter with paper. 300 baud modem and the computer was a mainframe in Bell Labs in Holmdel, New Jersey. I would dial up the computer and it would answer and print Hello on the paper. Then I would type in a command and it would answer. This went on for years. My current laptop, Sony Vaio, 2.8ghz, 512meg, 40gig hd, and a 16" tft LCD screen. We didn't even think of anything as powerful. The main frame had 3, 300 meg drives each the size of a small refrigerator, 32 meg of ram which took up a 10X10 room with its own air conditioning. and the computer itself was in 11 cabinets the size of a car. I have more computing power on this T2200 eMachine with the Athalon 1.8ghz, 220gig of hd, 512meg ram, 17" nec multisync lcd and it only cost about $1000.00. The mainframe cost 14million back in 1978.
