Fatal Exception 0E 0028: 024C0240

I get the BSOD with that message and sometimes others only when I play a Microsoft game (cfs2, and fs 2002) it plays for awile then when I switch view I get the Fatal Exception message. All other games not Microsoft play fine. Ive reinstalled the game and windows to no avail. Any Ideas would surley help.

You've not told us which version of Windows you are running?
