    Fatal Exception 06 at 0028:cl89ad78 in vxd cmaudio (05) + 00010338 appears when accessing Callwave message or Realplayer Video. Searched posted threads and only found reference to OE errors.

    The chances are good that you need to update the audio card driver. I'd check their web site for updates and have your card version handy so you are sure to get the right one. Good luck!
