Fastest Processor for my Asus A7M266?

How can I find out what the fastest processor I can fit on my Asusu A7M266 motherboard is? Also, would it be an Athlon XP... MP... or what? I dunno the differences.

Also, what's the fastest RAM I can fit? I don't know anything about DDR RAM other than I have 512 of it now... but I don't know if it's 2700 or what. Is there a way I can find that out too without taking my case apart and looking at the chips?

Looks like it will take up to 2GB of PC2100/1600 DDR and up to an XP 2100 with BIOS revision 1007
