I'm having problems opening files as I get the following message:

"Failed to load resource DLL JSDRegGetJ2GResFileSpec "

Can someone tell me what this is about and how do I rectify the problem?

    Thank you.

What type of files are you trying to open and what program are you using to open them with?

    Re: Resource DLL

Right now I'm trying to open some graphics in Print Shop but it also happens when I go to Start/Find Files.

    dll jsdreggetj2gresfilespec ALSO

Has anyone been able to figure this one out? I get it when I am in Windows Explorer and it takes about 3-6 clicks on the OK button to get rid of it. If I need to be worried, I will do whatever, but if not, it is still a total pain in the a.

Do you have a program called J2GTray.exe - eFax Messenger 3.4 installed?

If so, you might look on their web site.

Might also click on Start->Run and type: msconfig and look in the startup tab. If found, uncheck it so it doesn't load on startup.
