Windows Vista Factory Settings For O.S. Services in Vista Home Premium

    I have been using internet optimizing tweaks on my Dell Inspiron 1545 w/ Vista Home Premium. Recently I noticed that alot of important services had been changed, some disabled. I have looked everywhere trying to find some kind of configuration, preferably factory, to reset services. With all the different dependancies I feel like I'm in the spin cycle!! Anybody got the hot tip? Thanx
