Resolved Facebook query

Hi,
I maintain the website for an organisation, and I believe I can set up either a Page or a Group in my Facebook account to support it.

The organisation is a Federation of Folk Clubs, and I hope to use Facebook to allow members to discuss anything to do with Folk Music, and also to inform them of any important changes to gigs or updates on the website.

Do I need a Facebook Page or a Group?
You may have guessed, I am not familiar with Facebook.
