Use the tools to make a boot floppy. When you run the boot floppy you will have the option to disable EZ-BIOS, then remove it.

If you have a Maxtor harddrive, it would be best to use the MaxBlast utilities from their support website.

If you have valuable data on the drive, backup first. If EZ-BIOS gets corrupted you may end with no option but to repartition and reformat.

There should be an option to backup the MBR, run that first.
