Hopefully someone can help me...I have tried to export my OE address book--I use the CSV choice and export it to my desktop. For some reason it opens with Excel and I cannot import it in my new email client. I get an "internal I/O error ".

    What am I doing wrong?

    Sure will appreciate all help!

    Thanks!

Which new email client are you using? What happens when you use it's IMPORT function?

I am trying to export from OE to AT&T.

I receive the following: "cannot import your address book because of an internal I/O error ".

    Any thoughts?

AT&T - is that an on-line email deal?
