I have Windows XP and Compuserve as my ISP. I've just switched to EArthlink because they boasted that they could import my favorite places and address book. After trying every trick in the book that Earthlink Tech support threw at me, I still can't get them to work. I jthink I figured how to get the address book done in a roundabout way, I am stumped with teh favorite places as apparently CS uses a weird extention to save bookmarks that other browsers can't read. I have over 100! Anyone run into this before and what have you done? I'm ready to call Earthlink and tell them to forget it even though I've been very unhappy with CS since the AOL merger a couple of years ago.

    Thanks,
    Rhonda

Hi there! I spent the past 30 min. or more trying to get some clue. Now, as far as I know Compuserve has the Gecko version, which you may or may not have.
I have Aol, and the Favorites are kept on the server. I have found no clue of a bookmarks file in the AOL Gecko usr file.
