I am purchasing a new computer. Can anyone tell me how to export (or transfer) my cookies on my present computer to my new computer (so I would not have to type in my passwords in many situations). Thank you.

Hi abx, in IE go to File>Import and Export, run the Wizard, select Export Cookies and export to a file. (Default is \My Documents\cookies.txt) Copy that file to a floppy or CD and use the File>Import>Cookies to import cookies to your new system.

You can also do the same with the Favourites in the Import/Export Wizard.
