There's no url bar or file/edit/view and such.

This only happens when i run explorer.exe or hit windows + E. Loading a folder from my desktop or through MyComputer, then it runs fine. Internet Explorer is also fine.

Anyone know how to fix this.

    Run:
    regedt32

    Navigate to:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

There are 3 subkeys: Explorer, ShellBrowser, and WebBrowser.
If your IE toolbar is OK, then under the Explorer key, delete the
    ITBarLayout entry.

If your other toolbars are acting strangely as well, delete ITBarLayout under ShellBrowser as well.
You can export these keys if you like, but they will be rebuilt, anyway.

Thanks for posting back. Brett and I know the fix works, at least.
