Explorer.exe running

    Hi, I have a question about info. during xp shut down
    every time when I chose shut down, xp always shows that explorer.exe is running although I am sure I close all the tasks
    could some one tell me what's wrong? thanks.:confused:

    Nihaojs --Explorer.exe is Windows. If it were not running you would have no GUI (graphic user interface--desktop, icons, etc.).
