When I try to open certain folders in Windows Explorer, I get the following error message:

The exception Integer division by zero.
(0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location ******ed0f.

The *s represent the fact that, so far, the error has occurred in several locations, all of which end in ed0f.

What can I do to remedy this without downloading dodgy registry fixing programs?

I've now worked through those steps, with no success.

I performed a clean boot, and that also didn't seem to help :(

This issue only started happening this morning.

If the issue only started this morning, try performing a System Restore to restore your computer to a date before this issue occurred.

Do you know if you made any recent changes to cause this problem to happen?

I tried using the XP fix, but it didn't help either.

As far as I can tell, I haven't done anything that might cause a problem, short of adding a new folder to the parent directory, but I'll try a system restore.
