    Hi,
If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. I have a friend who gets the following error everytime she tries to sign on

lexplorer has caused an error in MFC42.DLL lexplore will now close If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer

That's why I'm posting this because it will not let her sign on to the internet. Can anyone help me try to help her fix this problem so she can sign on. We think it has something to do with Xupiter but we are not sure.

    She has Windows ME

    Thanks a lot
    I appreciate it.

SpyBot Search & Destroy will take care of Xupiter.
I would then run the Internet Explorer Repair Tool. Go into Control Panel\Add Remove Programs, double click the Internet Explorer entry, a window will pop up, select the option to Repair. Reboot when prompted.

    re: thanks

Thank you very much. I know how to fix some things but we've been working on this for about 6 hours total and I was drained of ideas.

I really appreciate it and I'll pass it along to her.
