expand mp3 to wav and audigy

1. Can someone recommend some software that will convert MP3 to WAV and has a normalise feature, and will work in winxp. I cant get roxio to work. I know you can use winamp but cant find a normalise option. I also have the audigy soundcard and software, but dont think wav to mp3 is an option in the software?

2. Has anyone had success with the compac drivers for the audigy. Do they make the break out box work for winxp in the platinum version?
