Expand/Collapse List - FrontPage 2000

I've created a collapsible, multilevel list using FrontPage 2000 and have selected the "Enable Collapsible Outlines" check box as well as the "Initially Collapsed" checkbox.
When I preview the page in FP, the list is in fact initially collapsed; however, when I publish the page, the list displays expanded. (It does collapse when clicked.)
I'm fairly new to using FP so I apologize if this is a dumb question. I searched the FAQ file and could not find anything related.
Can someone offer any pointers on how to get the list to initially display as collapsed?

Resolved! (Possibly)

I spoke with one of my server administrators today and he told me that the reason it was not working was that the FrontPage 2000 server extensions are not loaded on the machine. He's going to load them tonight so, with luck, this should be resolved tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
