Existing Ndis2 driver

    Hi
    In my device manager Existing Ndis2driver is in yellow with a ! on it. I tried to update the driver and it says the best one is already there. Because of this problem i can't logon to my service provider. Some times i am able to logon for a while but iimediately disconnects. Anybody know how to solve this problem? I have seen the previous posts in this forum but does not help.
