We are running exchange server in SBS 2003. We get an error message from one of the users when he tries to send email that the email is larger than his allowed quota, and it wont let him send. i restarted his outlook and he did not happen again for a few hours. In his setting on the server his qutoa is set to the default just like everyone else, and the messages are just text. Any clues on why ES may be acting funny, or is this just a bug?

Check the users outbox in Outlook.

I got some funny quota messages and pulled my hair out for hours.
I finally found a 25 meg file stuck in their outbox.
