Here is my problem. I have a network running exchange and what I need to do is have everything that is pulled from the server stored locally on the machine instead of being stored on the exchange server. Now where can I manually or automatically change what .pst file it uses to store everything? Or how do I get outlook to store the info locally instead of on the exchange server? And if thats not the case where is all the info stored locally already if it is stored locally? Thanx in advance :)

Exchange stores messages on the Exchange server. To store elswhere you need to set up a personal folder in Outlook (Tools > Services > Add) which can be put anywhere you like.

After that you can either move everything manually (click and drag) or set up rules to move them automatically.

Post back if you have questions or problems.
