Hi I recently installed my first exchange 2003 server in my 2000 domain. The
installation whent well and I can see both my servers in the exchange manager.
The problem I am having is.

    1) when I moved a couple of mailboxes I can see that new mail is comming into
the queue and it says I have mail in my mailbox but I do not see anything new.
    2) when I send mail out it looks like its going nowhere it is neither sent or
    recieved by the intended recipiants.
    3) when I send mail internally the mail just sits in the queue (possibly).

the old exchange server is still master and the new exchange server is the
    backup.

the RUS is set all to old server. But I should still be able to send mail
between the servers to client mailboxes?

    thank you
    :)

    1st :
What is the service back on your win2k server ?
It must be +SP3 to run exchange server 2k3.

    2nd:

see this and follow the tracking of messages to determine where exactly do your messages stops and where they go:
