exception OE and Java problems

Having many problems. some Windows messages:
An exception OE has occured at 0028:coocfadd in VxD VECP(01) + 00003BA5. This was called from 0028:COO)217F in VxD VECP(01) + 00006247. it may be possible to continue normally.
Also, at 017FBff8976B.
Sometimes when i press any key to continue, hangs up as black screen.

i like to play bridge on pogo too, i get cut off or it goes very slowly. lots of strange Java Console messages, eg:
InvalQueue thread exiting: InvalQueue-1-p.id(panelXXXXinvalid)

i do all the normal clean ups and virus check. GOING MAD Please can you help?

I don't use any online games,pago etc.
But I have looked at pago help pages they are quit helpfull.

what OS do you have ?
who's java is installed on you PC-- microsoft's or sunjava
and what version?
How many programs are starting up with PC , have you trimmed them down yet, with msconfig..?
Most error's at pago can be coused by simply to many people on at same time, erronious error messages.
