I'm new to this program--don't know if I'll ever learn it or not but I'm really trying.

I am using a worksheet (prepared by someone else)--it stops at row 59--how do I add more rows, columns, etc., using the same format as the first 59 rows on the same worksheet? Because I couldn't add more rows I saved what I had and started over in the same worksheet. My goal is to have one long worksheet with everything all together instead of on separate sheets. Now I have to figure out how to merge the separate sheets into one document--any ideas for this one?

Also, is it possible to change the font for a repeated word..in other words I want to, as an example, have the word "girl" whenever it appears on the worksheet to be in a green font.

I apologize if I have asked too many questions at one time. I'll appreciate any input and help--thanks!!!!

cant help you with the 1st problem as I am using excel 2000

the 2nd one - have a look in the help or format menu for something called "conditional formatting" which would allow you to do something like...have the word "girl" whenever it appears on the worksheet to be in a green font.
