eXact program ???

Help ?? A program called eXact has been loaded on to my computor. how i don't know. It placed a tool in my internet explorer program tool bar also. What is this program? how do i remove this program and tool bar. also Adware dosen't say this is spywere ?????

Have you looked to see if this is listed in your control panel<add/remove programs list?

How do I uninstall the eXact Search Bar?
In order to uninstall the eXact Search Bar, please follow these steps:

Select Start > Settings > Control Panel
Select Add/Remove Programs
Select eXact Search Bar and click Remove

 

that for hijack cool program but you better be careful with it.
it removed exact ok and i deleted the folder ok but i still have exact on my enternet explorer tool bar. it was in the list of add remove programs but the was a erorr when i tryed to remove it?????
