    Hi. I hav a quick question about the reputation points. In my CP I noticed that I have some neutral reputation points. I am curious how do you get even reputation points? I thought if someone adds to your reputation it will go up 1 point. Are new members not allowed to give reputation points to other members? :confused: Let me know, thanks!
