eTrust not getting updates

    For the last few days when I click on Autodownload, eTrust starts to connect, but then disconnects. It only does this when there are no new sig updates. But it did this today and I went to the site and checked, and there was an update available. Anyone else been having probs with their eTrust?

    Download the update manually and then install it. I've had to do that a couple of times. As long as your subscription hasn't run out this should work. eTrust is up to 6.17 now, in case you haven't upgraded it.

    Had a similar problem when I first took up CA's offer to upgrade from Innoculate-it to EZ. I logged the packets using my firewall, and it seemed it was an admin problem at their end. The website hadn't been updated with the latest version available on the FTP site. I sometimes check if there hasn't been an update for more than say 3 or 4 days. The biggest "lag" I've seen lately is never more than 24 hours.
