Error with Shell32.DLL?

Although I can get on to the site in question without a problem, when I try to submit payment I keep getting an error that says "IExpore has caused an error in Shell32.DLL." It won't allow me to enter payment as it usually does. It tells me if I continue to have this problem to restart computer. Even with restarting I still encounter the same message. Nothing has been added or taken off the computer. Is this an error that I have to do something with on my computer, or might it be a problem the game site is having. Any suggestions? Thanks so much.
