Error while searching Outlook

    One of our VIP users is getting the following error while trying to search within outlook:

    "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook ".

    If anyone has fixed this without re-installing outlook it would be great to know.

    After rebooting the computer and doing the search again, does the error happen again?
