"Error Script" Message

When trying to bring up Explorer, I get the following error msg:

"An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Error: Server execution failed
Code: 0
URK: file://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\AdCache\B_576200.HTM

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? "

How can I avoid this error? Any help is appreciated--thanks. [Incidentally, I've clicked "yes" to the question above.]

 

Uncheck script error notification in Tools - Internet Options - Advanced. If the problem persists, look here.
