I have installed N7, uninstalled and reinstalled and receive the same error when trying to access any site. "www.example.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again." This was mentioned in a previous thread 9/25 but I am now hoping someone has a solution. Thank you for any assistance.

just wondering if this happens all the time even when you first open up
netscape. Could it be that you have a
firewall installed on your system? I'm not
sure, but if you do make sure to check that you have allowed Netscape internet rights.

    Welcome to the Forum, dang1947

    Hi dang1947,

If you are using Quick Launch, disable that feature. It can cause the problem you are experiencing.

Disable any third party web accellerator, cache programs, etc.

Make sure your Firewall is configured to allow Netscape Internet access.

If this doesn't help, try creating a new Profile.

Let us know if this helps,

    Ramona :D
