Error OE:0028:C0078B3B

    Returned home after weekend and turned on computer
    got the following message

    SYMEVENT(01) + 0000BDOB
    Error OE:0028:C0078B3B

    since then unable to connect to DSL, not sure if anything else is wrong.

    Does anyone know the error message problem? Searched microsoft and found nothing
