    This is probably related to another problem I have posted here relating to being unable to update viruses with NAV

    I just installed a freebie that asked for me to cliclk to register it. I got that message: You must be online.

    I am always online with cable broadband. What is this?

    Perhaps your firewall was preventing it from accessing the 'net, so the new program didn't know it was online. Adjust your settings to give it "permission ".
