Error Msg when loading digital photos

I have installed,and re- installed, "Mr. Photo" software; but,when I try to transfer photos from my "Chameleon" digital camera to the program, I get an error message:

"Access violation at address 04EBAIBD. Write Address 03A47D46." These numbers change on different attempts.

The program is then locked up and I have to "End Task" with the 3-finger salute.

I would appreciate advise on how to fix this problem

Sorry your post slipped by. Have you had any luck with this problem? Can you give us a little more info on the camera.......and some more system specs? I saw your post over at Dell, but see you've not gotten a reply there either?
