Error Msg when closing I.E., Windows XP

I frequently get the following error msg when closing I.E.

The instruction at 0x62304390 referenced memory at 0x62304390. The memory could not be read. Clk OK to terminate.

Any idea where this came from all of a sudden and can i get rid of it? Many thanx

 

IE Version?

Try:
1. Exit Internet Explorer 6.
2. Control Panel, Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
3. In the Settings box, click to clear the Use HTTP 1.1 check box under HTTP 1.1 settings, and then click OK.

Restart IE and test.
