Resolved error msg Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem

    got this kind of problem when my friend borrow my lappy...

    now, got this problem, when i turn on, lappy is working 100% i can play songs.

    but after a few minutes, got this error:

    and then after a few minutes again, i'll check the volume control and got this error:

    after that i cant play songs anymore...

    This is not likely to be a malware problem - post your OS and your thread will be moved to the appropriate forum.

    Run your own malware check for now using both Malwarebytes & SuperAntiSpyware - update both before running.

    OK - I was wrong , it was malware presumably :( I've marked this thread as 'Resolved', please see .....
