(ERROR) Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Hi, and this is my first time been to this site.
I format my pc and install some games into my pc, and one of the game called "Drift City ". And when i click run the game the error POP OUT in new tiny window.I've been surfing all over the internet and still cant find any solution, i tried many solutions but none work for me.

so... here is the problem i fail to solve...
Please help me on this... Thanks WORLD!!!

You have not identified what suggestions you have already tried. Therefore, my suggestions below are places I would go first if I had your problem.

It appears you have a new installation of windows. I recommend installing the runtime files for Visual Basic applications.

i figure out this problem by updating the directX and also the graphic card.
Just upgrade them will lead me into the game. hehehe.
delete and reinstall the game will play smoothly.

UPGRADE - DirectX & Graphic Card
PROGRESS - Delete and reinstall
END - Goodluck & Havefun
