For the last few weeks I'm receiving error messages from
suppport.microsoft.com, everytime I'm trying to access
web-sites, that play flash-videos with Macromedia
Shockwave. While my operating system is only a Windows 98,
the error msge keeps telling me quote
Macromedia Flash Player 5.0 causes an error message in
Windows XP (q320219) unquote and I am then prompted to
dowload the Flash Player 6.0 version. But everytime I attempt
to do so, I am interrupted with the same error message.
I do not wish to have to pay for professional support, so what
can I do? Why does Microsoft tells me, that I have XP instead
    of Windows 98?
    Please help!!!
