Error Messages - Netscape 7.02

I am now getting the following error messages when using
Netscape 7.02 (OS Windows 2000):

Runtime error -- Netscp.exe. R6025 - pure function call.
Then, when I click on the X, this error comes up:
The instruction at 0x00000002 referenced memory at
0x00000002. The memory could not be "read. "

Then I get the NETSCP. exe has generated errors message.

Then the program shuts down.

I can't figure out what is prompting these errors. I have
broadbanc cable internet access with an external modem.

ALSO, all of my addresses exist when I compose my e-mail;
but when I access my address book through "tools" there
are no addresses there.

I'm having lots of problems with this program.

 

Ann, The first thing that I would try is a reinstall of 7.02. Let's see if that clears up the errors. You should follow the instructions give here. Make sure you follow all of the instructions to clear out any trace of your current program.

Let me know how you come out.

Just prepared a very lengthy reply to your other thread, then noticed this one, so deleted it after seeing your new problems.

Follow Mike's advice, and if you continue to have problems post back.
