I recetly installed Avast antivirus. I scanned for a virus last night and it said I had one. I clicked "delete" and it gave me the error message: "cannot process C:\Windows\System\imscan.dll\[upx]" file. I reinstalled AVG and it said I had no virus. OI had uninstalled it because it was no longer auto-updating and Avast was. What does the error message mean? (I had been running a virus test program before this).

That file is part of Panda scan and has produced false positives with other AV scanners. Did you do an online scan?
