Resolved Error Message on Microsoft Word

I have bought a new notebook which (Windows7 OS).
Included inthe software was a version of Office2007 with a free trial period before having to purchase it.

As I had already purchased and installed Office 2003 on my previous pc and still have the set up disc,I removed the installed version and replaced it with my own one.

The only slight problem is that on opening Word a box pops up which reads " BCM OFFICE ADDIN
Office application version does not match "

I close the box and everything works well.

It is only a small nuisance thing which I can live with, but if anyone knows how I can stop that annoying box from popping up, I will be truly grateful.

Have a look at this. It doesn't mention Win 7 but does mention Vista so the fix may work anyway. Guess you have to be the judge.

Did a little more looking around on this. Do you use Outlook? If not, apparently you can uninstall the Business Contact Manager in add/remove programs to get rid of the error. Seems it's caused by having an older version of it on the computer and from what I've read, it doesn't get unistalled when you uninstall Office. Or so it would seem anyway. Seems to be a lot of this out there. Have a look at this Google search for some more ideas.
