error message in software

    Hi,

    Well, I posted this earlier but don't know where it went and don't know where to go find an answers.

    Sorry if I'm a problem but just don't do forums (until now).

    A student of mine has an error come up when working in her sewing software. It is "an invalid argument was encountered." I don't know what this means and don't know how to help her.
