I very much doubt that Netscape is compatible with Windows 7 as it is outdated software.

I have moved your thread to the Firefox, etc. forum with title edit.

You are now in the right forum for Netscape - hopefully one of the experts will be able to assist.

The .dll file is found in most, if not all programs derived from the Mozilla open source base.
It is related to javascript, and Windows may not be able to read it. I would do one or more of the following, since Netscape7.x is badly outdated.

    1. Get Seamonkey which an up-to-date equivalent to NS7.2. If Seamonkey is installed, it will pick up the NS profile. For this reason, if the solution works, NS7.2 should be uninstalled.

2.Install a Firefox/Thunderbird combo. Each one will import the NS data, on installation.
