I am having an issue on some websites, i.e., "Shop Your Way Rewards" K-Mart reward plan.
AFter logging in to website, I get an error message that IE had to shutdown and the tab is recovered, but this happens over and over again, so I am not able to access website.

Any fixes or reasons for this happening?

    Thank you,

    Mona

I am still having this issue, its on Internet Explorer 8, with the error message and tab recovery. The error message, of course is IE needs to shutdown and then it goes to the tab recovery process.

Doesnt anyone have any ideas or fix for this? Thanks, Mona

    Hi Mona.

I am assuming you are using IE8 on Windows XP. Lets try starting IE8 with no add-ons and see if that solves the problem. Click Start< All Programs< Accessories< System Tools< Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

Once IE8 starts with no add-ons see if you can visit some of those websites normally without IE8 crashing and recovering every time. If that works then you will have to open IE8 and click Tools< Manage add-ons and disable each add-on one at a time until you find the cuplrit.

If disabling all the add-ons in IE8 does not solve the problem then try Resetting Internet Explorer settings.
